Jade Green/Cream Zebra

Gotta Love the Zebra Cakes! This cake had to be Cream with Jade Green bow.. so I googled jade green. Ugh... every shade of green under the sun! I looked into Davids Bridal's version of Jade Green and i was a tad bit off. Believe it or not it actually looked more blue!?! I think the green is beautiful and hope the bride to be does too! Snow White

Not your typical Princess Theme cake but inspired by Cake Nouveau, I couldn't resist! Snow White and Sonja go together like.. like.. Sunshine and Beaches! I wonder what's on my mind?! The bottom tier was something new.. fondant was rolled out and brought up from the bottom to represent the pleating in her dress. Because of the gaps between the top and bottom tier, (which I had no idea would happen....duh me) my plans had to change. Half gumpaste, half fondant, I quickly got to making red bows. Not exactly what I wanted because it did make it a bit busy on top. All in all I was very happy with the results..  Well I'm off to sleep at the Buffalo Museum of Science and have tons o' fun! Happy Birthday

Pink and Brown...ugh. What could go wrong but never has finally did! Midnight run to a 24 hr Walmart for brown food coloring because baby poop brown is unacceptable! Pink too light, bubbly fondant, (who knows why!) sticky new brown. Let's continue because oh yes there is more...butter cream runny, was Supposed to be Bavarian Cream but that didn't happen either, should've been a small 3 tier but that medium 2nd tier ...UGH!! I can't even tell the rest because my blood pressure is going up. In the end I do believe it came out pretty! Enjoy!

This is a funny one! A purple dragon... Crysti's words "Kinda like if Phineas and Ferb had a baby but it was an animal." Uhm...What?? lol!! Ok so Spyro it is.. my interpretation without using a dragon pan. Enjoy!

Surprise Dave!

So.. April decided to surprise her husband for his 41st birthday. Dave was told to go to the end of the year Girl Scouts banquet but little did he know..it's too early for that! lol So nothing with crap or sh*t on it because kids will be there so.. "Wiped Away 41 Years" is what I did. Enjoy!!

Piece Of Cake

Bridal Shower

Becca is getting married! Rebecca and I have known eachother since kindergarten! Thanx to FB we were lucky enough to re-connect and I could help her out with a beautiful cake. Her theme is lapis purple (Nope never heard of it either) and bright colored Gerber Daisies. Had so much fun learning cornelli lace from Jackie and sending my sister Christine all over Gods creation to find Lapis purple ribbon and the daisies! LOL! Enjoy!
